Serial Rapist to be Sentenced TODAY @ 10 AM Defendant Christopher Baker/04SC13171 Judge Alford Dempsey/5-D Atlanta—Baker (37)—convicted of 18 counts including rape and kidnapping on 13 September—will be sentenced TODAY at 10 AM. He was charged with six violent rapes in Fulton County that took place from May 1998 to October 2002. His DNA profile matched evidence in the Fulton cases as well as in three rapes in Dekalb County.
