Dalreno Robinson Sentenced to Life without Parole for Murder of Kevin Stiggers

Defendant Found Guilty in 2002 Stabbing Death over MARTA Card

Atlanta—Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. (Atlanta Judicial Circuit) announces that, following his conviction on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault, Dalreno Robinson (36) has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 22 April 2002 murder of Kevin Stiggers (31). Robinson stabbed Mr. Bridges three times at the apartment they shared with a woman at 5100 Welcome All Road in south Fulton County. The two men had been arguing over a MARTA transportation card that the victim wanted back from the defendant when Robinson picked up a knife and stabbed Mr. Stiggers.

As a recidivist, Robinson was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Senior Assistant District Attorney Shondeana Crews prosecuted the case, Fulton County Police Detective J. Phillips investigated, and Judge Wendy Shoob presided.
