Rumors of Re-Sentencing Are Just That

The case of the State v. Joshua and Justin Moulder-as far as this office is concerned-is closed. The defendants have been sentenced and our office has not received any official notice of a change. We ask that you please direct any questions or concerns regarding the status of the case to Superior Court Judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings Moore, who presided. We do not expect the judge would entertain any action in this case without officially notifying the Office of the Fulton County District Attorney.
