GRAND JURY DELIBERATES THE JOHNSTON SHOOTING Judge Says Decision Must Be Rendered in Open Court
The Fulton County grand jury, after considering evidence in the shooting of 92-year-old Kathryn Johnston on November 21, 2006, reached a decision in the cases of two Atlanta Police officers, Arthur Tessler and Jason R. Smith and in that of former APD officer Gregg Junnier.
Because the decision was reached after normal Superior Court business hours, it will be presented in open court Thursday, April 26th at 8:45 a.m. in Courtroom 5-F in the Fulton County Justice Center Tower.
