Please be advised that defendant Thomas Spencer, who is presently in the Fulton County Jail on aggravated cruelty to animals charges, will be arraigned in courtroom 5A at the Fulton County Courthouse Thursday morning, June 10, 2004 at 9:30 a.m. Spencer is the man accused of severely beating a 4-month old German Shepard on December 31, 2001 during a domestic dispute. Assistant District Attorney Rhonda Brodsky is prosecuting. Judge Marvin Arrington is presiding.
