Body and Fired Three More Shots in His Head AtlantaFulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. (Atlanta Judicial Circuit) announces that Jerome Allen (22) has been convicted of the 21 February 2005 murder of Mr. Stacy Morman (25). Allen was found guilty of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The victim was walking in the vicinity of 180 Gordon Terrace in southwest Atlanta with friends when he was confronted by the defendant, who jumped out of a vehicle brandishing a semi-automatic pistol.
