COLLEGE PARK MAN BLASTED WITH AK-47
STATE VS. SONIEL CHEDDERSINGH
ATLANTA Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. announces that a jury has found Soniel Cheddersingh (20) guilty of the murder of Michael Walker and the robbery and aggravated assault of Anthony Mack. Cheddersingh was immediately sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus 25 years by Fulton Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall.
On March 1, 2007, Cheddersingh and two unknown males rushed into an apartment located at 2727 Godby Road in College Park, shot and killed Michael Walker (22) with an AK-47. Mack was shot and robbed at the same at the same location but survived
Superior Court Judge Craig Schwall presided over the case. It was prosecuted by Senior Assistant District Attorney Linda Dunikoski. Detective Brad Mack of the Fulton County Police Department was the Lead Detective on the case. David White of the Fulton County District Attorneys Investigations Unit also assisted in the case.
