EAST POINT WAR ON GRAFFITI FULLY ENGAGED WHO: Fulton County District Attorney Paul L.
Howard, Jr. WHAT: East Point Police Chief L. Robinson announces
the intensification of the police attack on gang activity in East Point,
particularly gangs involved in the littering of the community with gang
graffiti. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard will attend to
announce the results of the Twenty- six (26) count indictment presented
to the Fulton County Grand Jury on the Gang known as "Insane Unknown".
