"GYPSY" DRIVEWAY PAVING SCAMMER TO BE SENTENCED DA To Recommend Longest Possible Prison Term Plus Restitution in Jack Harrison Case Convicted thief Jack Harrison, Jr.-also known as Joe Buck Harrison-will be sentenced Tuesday, September 18th on one count of abuse of an elder person and one count of theft by taking. The hearing will take place in Courtroom 8-A of the Fulton County Justice Center Tower at 9:00 a.m. Wanted in South Carolina and multiple jurisdictions in Georgia, Harrison has been arrested 40 times since 1990. He has been convicted 21 times-6 felony and 15 misdemeanor convictions; he has 18 aliases, 10 social security numbers and 9 dates of birth. On Tuesday, September 11th, Harrison pleaded guilty to bilking an elderly Sandy Springs woman out of 97-thousand dollars. He admitted to paving her driveway without her permission then demanding a series of payments over several months. The victim's bank noticed the irregularities and Fulton County police brought in to investigate.
