12 Indicted, Assets Seized

Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. will join forces with Atlanta Police Chief Richard Pennington TODAY to announce the indictment of a dozen defendants in an elaborate mortgage fraud scheme--- several already arrested, others at-large. West End community was the primary target.
