Atlanta- Two years after terrorizing the Fulton County community with a deadly killing spree, four members of a dangerous street gang known as the 9 Trey Bloods were convicted this afternoon of murder and other related charges. Defendants Darryl Mac Jones Christmas, John Phillip Jersey Auletta, Scott Blood Black Tobin and Kenneth Baby Boy Robinson will spend the rest of their lives in jail as a result of the murderous attacks. October 3, 2008 A host of gang members travel to the Fair Street home of two sisters to take them to an emergency meeting. A fellow member was to be disciplined for cooperating with police in an unrelated investigation. The girls uncle and a boyfriend of one of the two, tried to prevent the girls from going with the men. Angered by the intervention, the defendants jump the men--- stabbing one in the chest and the other in the arm.
October 5, 2008 27-year old Jesus Cintron and 15-year old Fernando Wingfield were summoned to Anderson Park by fellow gang members. The group was trying to discipline Cintron for not following gang rules and procedures---particularly related to snitching. Cintron was beaten and then shot to death. When Wingfield, who viewed Cintron as a father-figure pled for his friends life, gang members threatened to kill him too. The teenager tried to run but was gunned down as he fled. Cintron and Wingfields bodies were found the next day.
October 6, 2008 Jesus Cintrons girlfriend, Charmisa Witherspoon, worried about his whereabouts, began questioning gang members and threatened to call the police if Cintron did not return home soon. Gang members later stormed Ms. Witherspoons house shooting her 17-year old son Devontae Jones in the head. They also shot a dog before then holding a gun to Ms. Witherspoons head. It jammed when the trigger was pulled. Witherspoon was able to escape as the attackers fled. Kenneth, Baby Boy Robinson, only fourteen at the time, was the triggerman.
