Pre-Trial Motion Hearing In James Sullivan Case Atlanta-There will be a pre-trial motion hearing in the case of State of Georgia v. James V. Sullivan on Monday, 20 December, at 3 PM before Judge John Goger. The motion concerns the defendant’s argument that this state prosecution amounts to “double-jeopardy” due to the previous federal prosecution.
