Mission Statement

The mission of the Fulton County District Attorney's Office is to prosecute professionally and competently all felony crimes on behalf of the citizens of Fulton County and the State of Georgia and, in doing so, to seek justice aggressively; to treat all people courteously, respectfully, and honestly; to advocate for the rights of victims; to collaborate with other governmental and private agencies to prevent crime; to create a work atmosphere which allows all employees to achieve their highest potential, and above all to make Fulton County a safer community for all of its residents.
